Europe in Turmoil: Thinking Through War and Peace after the Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Catherine Guisan, Ph.D., is Visiting Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Minnesota and is the author of two books on the European Union and many articles related to ethics in international relations, democratization, and Transatlantic relations. She taught and lectured in French and Dutch univerisites and in Russian universities as a Fulbright Scholar in 2013; and on behalf of the U.S. State Department Speaker’s Bureau in 2016. Currently, she is working on a book on peacemaking practices that changed Europe since World War II, and their potential relevance to the current war between Russia and Ukraine.
